Cooking Instructions | Spread 1 Cup Yellow Split Peas out on a dry sheet pan or plate and remove any shriveled or broken peas, stones or debris. Rinse the sorted Split Peas in fresh water, drain and transfer to a large pot. Add 4 Cups water and 1 Tsp. Salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. |
