What happens if I am issued a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Once your order issue has been reviewed and reconciled, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Order number
- Date the order was received
- Photo of the shipping label (with tracking number)
- Photos of the outside of the box (all sides)
- Photos of the contents inside the box
- Photo of packing slip (if included)
- Photos of item(s) received
If the package has not yet been opened, please take photos prior to opening. Once received, we will review your claim and follow up with next steps promptly. If a refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
Can I place an online order if I already have a wholesale account?
No. This platform is for direct-to-consumer orders only. For B2B ordering, please contact your sales representative or customer service.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
We will make every effort to cancel your order if contacted promptly.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What is your return policy?
Returns are generally not accepted. Unopened items may be eligible with prior authorization.
In most cases, we offer a replacement or refund to the original form of payment. If a refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and posting to your account.
What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders only.
For B2B transactions, credit cards are not accepted. Please contact our team for available payment options.
Does SunRidge Farms use PPO (propylene oxide) on almonds or nuts?
No, we do not use PPO.
All California almonds are pasteurized using steam only, in accordance with state law and our internal standards.
What does the 7-digit code on SunRidge packaging mean?
This is a Julian production code used for tracking:
- First 3 digits: Day of the year
- Next 2 digits: Year
- Last 2 digits: Internal lot number
Example: 0152643 = January 15, 2026
Why does dark chocolate say it may contain milk?
Trace amounts of milk may be present due to shared equipment or upstream processing. For this reason, products are labeled accordingly.
If you have a milk allergy, we recommend avoiding these products.
