Beginning April 1 through October 31 of each year, we add ice packs to each box containing meltable items. Please note that confection orders placed Thursday or Friday may ship the following Monday to ensure arrival in peak condition.
****PLEASE NOTE**** If it is simply too hot to guarantee delivery for items that melt when we are shipping, we reserve the right to hold the order until a more reasonable shipping window is available. If the timetable is too long we’ll offer a refund and accept a new order when weather conditions are favorable.
