All California almonds are pasteurized using steam only, in accordance with state law and our internal standards.

This is a Julian production code used for tracking:

• First 3 digits: Day of the year
• Next 2 digits: Year
• Last 2 digits: Internal lot number

Example: 0152643 = January 15, 2026

Trace amounts of milk may be present due to shared equipment or upstream processing. For this reason, products are labeled accordingly.
