Cooking Instructions | If desired, first toast the couscous in butter or oil for 3–5 minutes over medium heat before cooking. Add 1 Cup Couscous and 1 Tsp. Salt to 1.5 Cups boiling water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain off water and serve. |
