What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Date the order was received
  • Photo of the shipping label (with tracking number)
  • Photos of the outside of the box (all sides)
  • Photos of the contents inside the box
  • Photo of  packing slip (if included)
  • Photos of item(s) received

If the package has not yet been opened, please take photos prior to opening. Once received, we will review your claim and follow up with next steps promptly. If a refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
