No. This platform is for direct-to-consumer orders only. For B2B ordering, please contact your sales representative or customer service.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed. During warmer months (April 1–October
31), heat-sensitive items may be delayed to protect product quality.
Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit
delays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We do not currently offer direct to consumer international shipping. For wholesale export inquiries, please contact Sales at 831-786-7000.
We do not ship directly to Canada. However, our products are available through select retailers, including Loblaws, Fortino’s, and Whole Foods. Please contact us if you need assistance locating a store.
From April 1 through October 31, we implement seasonal shipping procedures to protect product quality:
- Ice packs are included with meltable items
- Orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday
- Shipments may be delayed during extreme heat
If conditions prevent safe delivery, we may delay shipment or offer a refund.

Our products are available nationwide in both bulk and packaged formats at major retailers such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, and H-E-B, as well as independent natural food stores.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders only.
For B2B transactions, credit cards are not accepted. Please contact our team for available payment options.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Order number
- Date the order was received
- Photo of the shipping label (with tracking number)
- Photos of the outside of the box (all sides)
- Photos of the contents inside the box
- Photo of packing slip (if included)
- Photos of item(s) received
If the package has not yet been opened, please take photos prior to opening. Once received, we will review your claim and follow up with next steps promptly. If a refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
Returns are generally not accepted. Unopened items may be eligible with prior authorization.
