Cooking Instructions | Add 1 Cup Bulgur Wheat to 2 Cups boiling water. Stir, bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes to taste, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, pour off any excess liquid, let stand for 5 minutes and serve. MAY CONTAIN FOREIGN MATERIALS, PLEASE RINSE THOROUGHLY BEFORE COOKING. |
