Cooking Instructions | Add 1 Cup Amaranth to 2 Cups boiling Water and 1 Tsp. Salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Stir every 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. |
