Cooking Instructions | Add 1 Cup Mung Beans to 3 Cups boiling water and 1 Tsp. Salt in a large pot, bring to a full boil. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain well and serve. |
