| Cooking Instructions | Wash Peas, drain. In a large pot, cover with cold water, discard floaters and soak 4-8 hrs. in a cool, dark place. Drain and add fresh water until water level is 2 inches above peas. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat and serve. |
